We offer free medical and dental services to those in need.
We go 3 times a year. Trips are usually in February, June and November. All trips are posted on our website under “Serving Opportunities”. We leave on Friday mornings – meeting around 6am and we return on Sunday afternoon around 1pm.
If it is your 1st time, you will need to create a profile under “Login/Register” tab. Make sure you select the trip you want to attend. If you are a returning volunteer, you login and edit your profile to select the trip you want to attend.
Go to “Serving Opportunities” tab. Scroll down and click “Pay for a Trip”.
We are unable to offer refunds however, if you need to cancel for healthcare reasons, we can transfer your funds to a future trip in the same calendar year. If you cancel for another reason, your funds will be forfeited.
Yes. A background check is required every 2 years. When registration is closed, you will receive link approximately 2 weeks before our trip to complete your background check.
The registration fee covers transportation, lodging and the following meals: Friday lunch and dinner and on Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Typical age is 10 years old.
Yes. Expiration date needs to be at least 30 days from the trip return date. We will not ask for your passport number however you will need to have a photo copy of your passport on your phone and/or bring a color copy with you on the trip along with your passport.
Yes. Due to the various locations we serve, you can experience various steps, uneven ground, walking and standing for long periods of time.
Clothes – Conservative, Comfortable clothes – Dress comfortably but conservatively. You may want to bring an extra pair of shoes to wear in the hotel. Your Acuña T-shirt will be provided for ministry on Saturday- we will do our best to accommodate sizes. NOTE: If you served with us before, please bring that shirt and do not pack it. We will take a group photo before we leave so have it handy to throw on over your clothes.

A Medical and Liability Release form is required every calendar year in order to serve with us. Once trip registration is closed, information about completing the forms will be sent out approximately 2 weeks prior to our trip.
